Inside Sales Representative in Malmö/Sweden (temporary)

You’ll combine customer service, business acumen and organisational skills in a responsible role that will help you grow professionally.
We are looking for someone who is organised, communicative and enjoys interacting with a wide range of people. You thrive on building relationships, solving problems and providing customers with a truly excellent experience – both over the phone and via email.
In your daily work you will:
- Support and advise our customers on prices, availabilty and product solutions.
- Conduct price negotiations and follow up on price agreements.
- Create offers and handle incoming orders with a high standard of quality and service.
- Work actively to develop the business and win follow up orders.
- Keep the relevant data up to date.
Dein Profil
- Experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service or a similar role
- Professional communication by phone and mail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of Excel.
- English language skills, written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Finnish or Estonian is an advantage.
- Good numercial skills and a structured approach to work.
- Enjoys learning and picks things up quickly.
